The Foundation is directed by an Administrative Council made up of founder members that choose their president every two years and set out guidelines which are carried out by the Executive Committee.

This Committee meets once a week to work on instructions given by the Council. It reports the results of the entrusted mission monthly and considers all ideas which could improve the working of the organization.
